According to sources, Vijay has signed a film with Ascar Ravichandran which will be his 51st film of his career. The movie is to be directed by Jeyam raja and it will be reportedly called Thalapathi. And wondering who will be the heroine?It’s none other than, Asin who will star opposite vijay.
While the classic Thalapathy which had Rajni-Mamooty directed by Mani Rathnam dealt with friendship, this Thalapathi will be a family entertainer with loads of action, says a source.
